Operations Snapshot. Scoped to your operation.
A 2-3 hour working session with Andy, structured as a cross-departmental scan, followed by a written 30/60/90-day plan delivered within five business days. Operations runs through every department of your business — the Snapshot walks all five and ranks where the leverage is.

Operations isn't a back-office function. It runs through every department of a small business. The Snapshot scans each one in turn, scores the current friction, and identifies where AI can lift the load.

"Every operation has friction in different places. My job is to find yours, then build the tools that take it out."
— Andy Jordan
Five deliverables. Delivered within a week.
Departmental scan grid
Each of the five departments scored on current friction (1–5) and AI-leverage opportunity (1–5). One page, one picture.
Top five highest-impact moves
Ranked across all departments with rough ROI estimates. The shortlist of where to put your next dollar and your next hour.
30/60/90-day prioritized roadmap
The top moves sequenced into a quarter — what happens first, what compounds on top of it, what gets deferred.
Tools-and-tactics appendix
Specific software, AI tools, and workflows matched to your actual operation. Rough costs included so you can budget.
Next-step recommendation
One paragraph. Typically: whether to move into a Sprint and on which department first. Honest call — sometimes the answer is no further work.
Who the Snapshot is for
Cache Valley owner-operators of $1M–$10M brick-and-mortar service businesses with a team and a location — across industries, including but not limited to trades, professional services, hospitality, healthcare practices, and specialty retail. You're wearing five hats across five departments and losing hours in at least one of them. You want a paid second opinion before committing to deeper work.
Not for pure-online businesses, agencies, freelancers, or pre-revenue companies. Not for businesses that want a vendor to "install AI" without an operations conversation underneath. Marketing-strategy and creative-campaign work is also out of scope — that's a different role with a different buyer.
Pricing
Pricing for the Snapshot is set in your discovery call after Andy has scoped the work to your operation — not from a public menu. The fractional-hire anchor (a part-time operations manager hire runs $40K–$60K/year fully loaded) is where the math lands.
The discovery call is free. The Snapshot scope, deliverables, and price get quoted at the end of that call.
What happens after the Snapshot
You walk away with a written plan you can act on yourself. There's no obligation to continue. If we both think a 30-Day Sprint or an ongoing Partnership makes sense, we'll talk about it during the Snapshot — typically the Sprint goes deep on the highest-leverage department from the scan, and the Partnership covers all five on the four-week cadence. Pricing for both is set per scope and quoted in conversation.
