An operator-built QuickBooks Online connector by Bootstrap AI.

BSAI Bookkeeper automates the part of bookkeeping that bottlenecks small businesses: matching receipts to transactions, categorizing recurring vendors, and chasing the receipts that never arrive.

What it does

Reads transactions, bills, and vendor history from your QuickBooks Online account via Intuit's official API.
Reads receipt images from a Google Drive folder you control.
Uses vision AI to extract amount, date, and vendor from each receipt.
Proposes matches between receipts and transactions, with every action shown to a human before it executes.
Attaches matched receipts to their transactions in QuickBooks and clears them from the intake folder.
For transactions still missing receipts, drafts a chase message for the team — a human approves before anything sends.

How to connect

Connection happens through Intuit's standard "Connect to QuickBooks" flow. You authorize Bootstrap AI to access a specific QuickBooks company. You can disconnect at any time from your QuickBooks Online settings under Apps → Connected Apps.

How to disconnect

Sign in to QuickBooks Online → Apps in the left sidebar → Connected Apps → find BSAI Bookkeeper → Disconnect. Disconnection takes effect immediately. Local copies of your authorization tokens are deleted on the next BSAI Bookkeeper run.
